Build a working relationship around the service.

Choose the partnership model before the workflow.
A useful place to begin
Carrier, platform and managed-service relationships have different operational boundaries. Describe whether your organization supplies traffic, integrates an application or delivers a service to end customers. That establishes the right starting point for the discussion.
Include the markets, customer types and services involved. A concrete example of the proposed relationship is more useful than a broad request for access to every product.
Make ownership explicit
Identify who handles provisioning, customer communication, billing and technical escalation. If an integration is involved, define the workflow and request the supported technical scope before building it into your service.
Commercial and technical review determines the appropriate arrangement. This page does not imply automatic partner approval, an existing carrier relationship or an unrestricted resale entitlement.
Partners
Carrier relationships
Share markets, services and interconnection requirements.
Platform integrations
Describe your application and required network functions.
Resellers & MSPs
Define provisioning, first-line support, billing and customer ownership.
Next step
Send company details and the proposed relationship to sales. Commercial and technical review precede commitment.
What to review with your team
| Review area | What to establish |
|---|---|
| Prepare | Company, relationship model and service requirements |
| Establish | Customer ownership, support and implementation scope |
Choose the relationship before the offer
A referral relationship, managed service and resale offer carry different responsibilities. Describe who owns the customer contract, billing, provisioning and first-line support. This allows the discussion to focus on the right operating model rather than on a generic partnership label.
Bring the audience you serve and the part of their communications environment you manage. An MSP supporting endpoints may need a different handoff from a platform provider operating its own switching. See MSP and reseller planning for the operational questions.
Prepare a repeatable customer handover
Define the information needed to qualify an opportunity and the approved path for sharing it. Customer consent and appropriate handling of account records remain part of that process. Do not exchange credentials through ordinary sales correspondence.
Before launching an offer, agree the service scope, support boundaries and commercial terms. Keep collateral aligned with those terms; availability, features and pricing should not be assumed from another partner’s arrangement.
