VirPhone collects information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company, payment information), information generated by your use of the Services (call detail records, usage logs, portal activity), and technical information about your devices and network connections.

We use your information to provide and improve the Services, process billing and payments, send service notifications and support communications, comply with legal obligations, and detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
3. CDR Data
Call Detail Records (CDRs) generated by your use of VirPhone services are retained for a minimum of 90 days and available via your portal. CDR data may be used in aggregate form for network analysis and service improvement. We do not sell CDR data to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
VirPhone does not sell your personal information. We may share information with carrier partners as necessary to provide routing and interconnect services, with payment processors for billing, and with law enforcement when required by law.
5. Data Security
VirPhone implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security audits. No system is completely secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure. CDRs are retained for a minimum of 90 days. Billing records are retained for at least 7 years as required by law.
