Shipping Policy

At VirPhone, we know that reliable hardware delivery is critical for your business communications. This Shipping Policy explains our processing timelines, delivery methods, and order tracking procedures.

1. Order Processing

We process all hardware orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, or on weekends/holidays, will ship the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping Options

We offer several shipping tiers depending on your required speed of deployment. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days. This option is Free on orders of $500 or more.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Next Day Air: 1 business day. Guaranteed for orders placed before 2:00 PM CST.

3. Service Areas

Standard shipping rates and delivery times apply to the contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may be subject to additional carrier charges and extended transit times. At this time, we do not support direct international shipping through standard checkout.

4. Rental Device Shipments

Devices procured under a Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) rental agreement are shipped via insured carriers to ensure safe delivery. When returning a rental device at the end of its term, VirPhone will provide prepaid return shipping labels to streamline the offboarding process.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier tracking number. You can also view shipping statuses directly within the Orders section of your Account dashboard.

6. Large or Bulk Deployments

For enterprise deployments requiring pallets or custom freight arrangements, please contact our sales team directly. We can coordinate staged rollouts, white-glove delivery, and pre-provisioning services.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your equipment arrives damaged, you must report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging materials. A replacement device or credit will be issued promptly upon verification.
